In 2024, Bread and Roses Housing merged with CAF, expanding our impact across the Merrimack Valley. Today, we manage over 45 permanently affordable homes through our Community Land Trust in Lawrence, Haverhill, and North Andover, creating real pathways to homeownership for local families.
In 2025, we partnered with Hogar Hispano Inc. to transform abandoned homes across the country into beautiful, move-in-ready properties. These once forgotten houses are now high-quality homes ready for families like yours.
